Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview

General framework for refunds and cancellations on Glitore.

Welcome to Glitore. We strive to provide excellent professional networking, recruitment, and premium subscription services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules, guidelines, and timelines governing transaction refunds and subscription cancellations on our platform.

By subscribing to any paid plan or purchasing a package on Glitore, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Details on candidate and company premium subscription cycles.

Glitore offers paid monthly and annual recurring plans for both candidates (e.g., Glitore Premium) and companies (e.g., Employer Pro).

  • Billing Cycle: All plans are billed in advance at the start of your billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

3. Cancellation Process

How to cancel your active premium subscription on Glitore.

You can cancel your active subscription plan at any time:

  • Go to Settings > Subscription & Billing in your account dashboard.
  • Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
  • Alternatively, contact our billing support team at support@glitore.com to cancel.

Note: Upon cancellation, your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No future automatic renewals will occur.

4. Refund Eligibility

Under what conditions payments may be eligible for a refund.

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Below are the general parameters:

  • Double Billing / Overcharging: If you are accidentally double-billed due to a system error, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • Trial Periods: If a trial period was advertised, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial concludes.
  • Unused Service Period: If you purchase an annual plan and decide to cancel within 7 days of purchase without using premium benefits, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

All other payments are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

5. Processing & Timelines

How long it takes to process approved refund claims.

Once a refund claim is approved by our billing department:

  • Processing Window: Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Settlement: It may take another 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment source (bank account, credit card, etc.), depending on your financial institution.

Secure Payments & Data Safety

Glitore processes all premium subscription payments through secure PCI-DSS compliant credit card processors. We do not store credit card credentials on our servers.
